Sir,

I have not received the refund money for the following cancellation.

Pnr: [protected]

Cancellation id : [protected]

Transaction id : [protected]

The cancellation was done on 22nd dec, 2017 and the refund money is not credited yet.

In my account page, it is mentioned that rs.1455 is sent to bank; but sent date is kept blank. The money is not yet credited to the bank.

Please do the needful immediately.
