Dated 20 Jan 2018 I tried to book a ticket from RNC to JHD but unfortunately transaction failed... Transaction ID -[protected]...after that I called to IRCTC customer help line number and they assured me that the amount will be refunded back to my bank account, but till now no money has neither refunded nor initiated inspite of calling customer care Was this information helpful? | |||
