I was trying to book tickets on irctc through sbi debit card on 11th of march 18 but tickets didn't booked. Amont deducted from the sbi debit card. Irctc website is showing amount 645 rupees refunded to the bank name PAYTM M on 11th of march 18. But the amount 645 rupees not received till now. I booked my ticket through irctc app train no 18103 on 14/03/2018. And transaction I'd [protected]. My ticket not booked and balance deduct my account whose screen shot submit also. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.
