I purchased indigo air ticket through my irctc account on 21.03.2020, but subsequently canceled the same on 22.03.2020 due to lockdown of the country. The ticket was from hyderabad to ranchi on 23.03.2020. The pnr no. Was dwrb5e and cancelation was done through indigo website. The present status shows complete and money returned to irctc. But till date the refund money rs. 3999/- is yet to received. I request to irctc kindly refund my air ticket cancelation money. S k pradhan Was this information helpful? | |
