I was booking a ticket through credit card and after some time message came amount spent... And ticket not came. It told refund will be directed to ur account in some days. After some days when i enquired, it told refund directed to ur account but it didn't came. I contacted to my bank also but bo support.

Please help me, i lost my ₹1500 in that booking

I used your merchant site to book ticket on IRCTC app today 18.05.19 which resulted in failure of booking but amount 1031.80 has been debited from my account. It resulted as WEBPAGE UNAVAILABLE and booking was unsuccessful.
