Dear sir i do 5000 add money transaction on irctc i mudra app but transaction failed and money debited from my account. I contact to irctc customer care they say money will be auto credit in your account in 6-7 working days but today is 8th working days and still i not got my money and irctc customer care representative not talking to me in good manners they disconnecting my call. These days they never respond over mails and calls they just keep on generate new tickets Id's.Call dropping happened in my case too

Money deducted from bank account linked with upi but money not credited in wallet please kindly resolve issue as soon as possible.
İ raise a complaint on the same they given one ticket id[protected] but not refunded yet.
