Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund not get for failed transaction | |||
Sir, I had booked three retiring rooms at agra cant station on 01/11/2018. Due to transaction failure the rooms are not booked. Again i tried on 05/11/2018, which was also failed. For all above three failed transaction room rent were debited from my bank accounts. Now after more than one month i didn't receive my refund. After trying several attemps on call centre on no. [protected] i was able to connect customer care executive and they reply me to contact local bank branch with the transaction id, mentioning that refund is already initiated from their end. But when i contact to my local bank branch they ask me for refund id or refund reference number. When i write mail at [protected]@irctc.co.in for asking the reference id, they had replied me via mail to co-operate with them as they had already taken steps for earlier refund. This mail was sent to me on 16 nov 2018. Now after one month i had not get my refund. Here i attach detailed of failed transactions, which are ….
