Dear zaakpay team, Please note that i have booked ticked in irctc connect app on below dates, during the time of booking transaction was failed and amount deducted from my account but ticket not assigned. Till now amount not refunded to my bank account, this is not fair, Transaction details 1) transaction id: [protected] Date: 20-mar-2018 Train no:16572/bidr ypr exp.
