I had raised a complaint regarding refund for pnr: [protected] and till date the amount has not been credited to my account (Complaint ticket id[protected].
Customer care is rude and gives standard reply "your request has been forwarded to the concerned team". Its been 6 months and more than 100 calls and emails. They have even stopped replying to my emails. And such has been the case that now the customer care guys even remember my ticket id by memory.
Two months ago, a supervisor named nadeem assure me that he is personally looking into this. Yet nothing has been done yet.
