I booked a e ticket online through irctc website. I booked ticket from asn to kyn vide transaction number 3 [protected], pnr- [protected] train number - 12321 on 21.03.2016. There were three number of passengers. The final status of the ticket was passenger 1 - rac, passenger 2- wl and passenger 3 - wl 2 after chart preparation. We could not travelled as the 1 st passenger was going to two senior citizen patients to mumbai for treatment purpose and the ticket was not confirmed they could not travelled. Then i tried to cancel the rac ticket of 1 st passenger but the system not allowed for the same. Then the refund of 2 nd and 3 rd passenger should be automatically credited but the refund of the same is not credited to my account even after the lapse of 1 months from the date of journey. For this i have written more than 5 times at [protected]@irctc.Co.In but i have not get even a single reply. Was this information helpful? | |||||
