Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund not received in bank

I tried booking the ticket from irctc app transaction id-[protected]
Sbc to mas
Lalbagh exp (12608)
Booking date-18 jan 2019
The ticket was not booked and the amount was deducted. The confirmation of the refund amount has not been reflected in my bank account.
Look into the matter and try to solve this.

Sir I am travelling in ltt-shalimar to rourkela. And I am unable to toiletries in coach no. S1 OR S2 OR any other coaches. Please be kind to clean toilets, so other can use it too.
