Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund not received in my account yet.

Sir,
I have cancelled my ticket (Having pnr no. [protected]) on 14 aug, 2019 having transaction id - [protected] and cancellation/refund id - [protected], but refund amount has not been received till date i. E. On 04.09.2019 and screen shot of status of refund has been attached.
Kindly resolve above said issue and inform me

I did two times Tatkal reservation and amount has deducted two times. but not received my money to the bank..! Im attaching With screenshots..Kindly resolve this issue
