Dear sir/mam, I am continuously mailing at [protected]@irctc.co.in but this mail id is not able to generate ticket id for my complaint. I contacted irctc customer care they ask me to change my email id and activate the same with OTP, i did the same and mailed you with my fresh mail id but then also your system is not generating an ticket id..due to this non generation of ticket id i am not able to get my refund amount which is pending from 11 days.
