Dear consumer forum I am from jamnagar gujarat and my self vishant parmar here to complaint against irctc to not giving me refund against my cancellation of my waiting list tickets of rs 2150 and 2050 pnr no [protected] and [protected] respectively even not answering regarding this properly. I booked a Flight Ticket in IRCTC on 11th March through RAZORPAY payment gateway.Amount was deducted but ticket not booked still i didn't receive my amount.
