I am currently facing the problem of not getting my refund on cancellation on my tickets. From the irctc website i had booked tickets of rs. 8500 on 6th january 2018 than due to some reason i cancelled it after 5 min on the same day i. E. 6th january 2018. But still after 10 days i have not got my refund amount... Its showing cancelled tickets but still payment is not received. Please do the needful Was this information helpful? | |
