Today i have booked a ticket of myself in the name of Arun banerjee m 53 From rajendra nagar terminal to howrah On 16/10/2018. Due to your system error, ticket has been booked thrice. System was disconnected but inside ticket was generated and also there was no sms for the ticket has come.
