I booked tickets from garhmuktesar (Gms) to delhi (Dli) and delhi (Dli) to garhmuktesar (Gms) on irctc website on 9 july 2019 but money is debited from my bank account and tickets are not booked. There is no refund received in my bank account till 18 july 2019. Irctc customer care did not give any satisfactory answer. Please issue me refund of tickets with bank transaction charges as soon as possible. Details are given below:-
