Hello,
I have booked a ticket to Nagpur from Mumbai on 10 Mar 2017. Due to personal reasons i have Cancelled the ticket on 9 Mar 2017. the ticket has been Cancelled successfully.
PNR no [protected]
Transaction ID [protected] CancellationID : [protected]
Refund Status
But amount is still not refunded back to the account. Please look into it.
I have mail number of times but i have not received proper response.
Please provide me your manager contact number or please solve my problem.
