Hi, I have booked ticket on irctc using paytm dt.[protected] from axis bank credit card and the amount debited inr 1263.91 but irctc website showing payment pending from bank end, i checked at my bank statement and it confirmed that money has been debited. Vide t. No.[protected] irctc anyway unable to say any status. Kindly confirm as neither i am able to get the status of the booking nor the refund till today. Was this information helpful? | |||
