Hey Admin, I was traveling from Rohtak station to Jaipur station on 31st Dec. But actually i had to catch train from Ambala station as per my seat confirmation. But that day i planned to catch train while when i was at my rlative place in Rohtak But unfortunately TT gave my seat to somebody else i argued but refused. i did complaint about him but now one listened to me. I called on helpline number using contact details from this website http://customercarecontactnumber.in/irctc-railway-customer-care-numbertoll-free-helpline-enquiryphone-numbers/ but no one is picking call...i want my money back as i traveled my whole journey sitting near bathroom.
