Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — regarding refund amount

Dear sir/Madam
I am booked tickets
1)PNR [protected] CSMT to MAS
Date of booking 12/05/19
2) PNR [protected] RU to CSMT
Date of booking 26/05/19
But both tickets are cancelled. Still now the refund amount is not credited in my account . I complained in [protected]@irctc . I send all my bank account and debited pages also with marking of amount . Till to date. Not credited to my account so please kindly check and do the needful for my self.
