Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — regarding tea quality

I want to logged the complain for catering contractor of vikramahila express 12367 dated 2nd may 2019 as i am travelling with this train and taken one cup of tea and he surved it to me with only boil water & tea pouch, tea quality is too bad now i would request you to take adequate action against the same. My detail as below

On 4/06/19 we will be reaching at YPR. Our Confirm TID: [protected] Ref No:YPRRR 1412859, Against a retiring room booking, but so far we did not get any mail against this booking, Kindly send us the confirmation Email.
