Dear Sir, My User id "pulkit1998" has been deactivated by irctc, they gave an excuse that this ID used by more than one user, but as per my knowledge this ID used only by me. I had lodged my complaint to IRCTC vide Ticket - IRCTC #4740717 dated 02.01.2017 and Ticket - IRCTC #5372073 dated 15.03.2017 and i requested them for activation of my user id but till date neither my ID activated nor any feedback is received.
