I have booked a air ticket from IRCTC website on 20th October 2020 for Patna to Abu dhabi. However as a time of booking my name was entred wrong spell and i have cancelled the ticket and also inform to IRCTC about the incident and they told me no worry your ticket has been cancelled and now you can booked another ticket and your privious ticket amount will be refunded with in a week in your original account. However after one month i drop a email to IRCTC to know about my refund status but they reply we are working on this and your amount will be funded shortly but unfortunatly i did't found my amount and i countiniouly followups but not this incident has been over a year but my mount not been refunded neither they resond properly on call and email so i have deciced to register here.
