Sir I have booked a retiring room against the ticket pnr [protected] for two days (24hr) 04/11/2018 to 06/11/2018 (A/c dormatory) at patna jn (Pnbe) railway station. I tried two time but conformation not received but money deducted twice rs: 346/-each time from my account on 14/10/2018. Can i get eny one booking confirmed and balance amout be refunded?
