I booked tickets on train 17206 2 ac journey date 16/11/19 for family of 4 members. I was surprised to see that all the berths were side upper berth. On checking with the ticket collector he showed no interest and refused to help me. Indian railway is great. By spending some money i could have travelled by flight. Appreciate the service provided to me and my aged family 27 hours journey all separated old parents have to sit and travel due to upper berth alloted to them. Was this information helpful? | |||
