Dear sir, My tatkal ticket pnr no [protected] get automatically cancelled on 29-4-18 intimated by sms & amt of rs 5170 refund in my account from which ticket was booked. I have sent an email to [protected]@irctc.co.in (Ticket id - 168342) they always tell me to wait 2-3 days. It has been 20 days. Till now i have not got my refund of amt rs.5170/- You are requested to please expedite the process or i will have to go to higher authority.
