[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — TDR file amount is pending after 90 days as on 21/3/2017. | |||||
Sir, I booked my e-ticket through IRCTC on 5/12/2016 for the date of Journey 6/12/2016 in Tatkal Quota Journey from Patna to Anand Vihar Trm by Train No.22405 (BGP Garib Rath), PNR No.[protected] and Name SANJEEV KUMAR. However the train was late more than 3 hours on 6/12/2016. Due to this i cancelled my ticket at 19.50 hrs on 6/12/2016 but still as on 21/3/2017 the TDR amount have not been refunded to my account after 90 days.
