Train no. 11024 was delayed by more than 3 hours, i had filled the tdr no.[protected] dt. 30.08.2019. The refund is approved on 18.12.2019 even raised the complaint on pgportal. Surprising still the refund has not been done even after the confirmation that it is processed and shortly i will get the refund. I have made no of calls and also shared the mail but no response from railways.

For a failed transaction ..amount debited from bankend but ticket not booked..Went to irctc failed transaction list after 3 days ..it shows amount is credited then i checked my account ..still refund is not credited to my account.
