Dear IRCTC team, Please note that I do frequent ticket booking on www.irctc.com for hassle free transaction. One of my TDR is not yet settled after giving so many reminders. it's been a long time (almost 5 months) to get a revert on the same. TDR was filled for PNR No. [protected] I had filed the TDR because ticket was partially confirmed. Out of 3 passengers, only one got a confirmed seat. That is why they did not travel with that ticket (note that they travelled 2 days later with another confirmed ticket). I have been sending e-mails to IRCTC but get the below response always: "Kindly note that all refund policy is framed by Indian Railway. TDR Refund is process/approved/repudiated by zonal Railway as per Refund Rules. IRCTC forward the case to Zonal Railway on the basis of customer requests. Once refund received from Zonal Railway, it will be credited back to customer account." I don't understand if IRCTC sends me this response only then whom should I contact from Railway. I have also sent e-mails on [protected]@swr.railnet.gov.in many times but did never get any reply back. Kindly settle the TDR soon. Ticket cost was Rs. 4770 and I am awaiting my refund of around Rs 3850 (50% deduction on 1 confirmed seat charges of Rs. 1590 and Rs 120 for 2 waiting list seat as confirmed be IRCTC executive thru 139 before filing the TDR) Please call me on [protected] or write me at er.[protected]@gmail.com if required.
