Requested for TDR Refund request for 3 passengers but refund amount received is very low. The reason of TDR was that the train was not touching the destination point .

Transaction Amount - 7163.6 for 4 persons.
1 ticket was cancelled before itself.
Refund Amount Received - 1590 for 3 person.
If the train is not going to the destination that isn't our fault. It is your responsibility to either have informed passengers way before or have an alternate solution.
Please refund our full amount.
