Respected sir / madam, I wish to inform that i had registered my tdr on 24/05/2019 because train diverted and not touching boarding station without prior information. After registering tdr, railway department has not been refunding my money since 3 months. I am in so tense because they have not refunded my money. So, i shall be very grateful to you if you kindly refund my money as possible.
