as my train was diverted and train not touching boarding station
from last 40 days its showing CR registered
still waiting to get some message or confirmation
have so many questions in mind
how is this system working ?
why its taking so much time ?
should i have to complaint in higher authority ?
will i get my refund or not ?

This is to inform you that while booking a ticket from Amritsar to New Delhi, the amoung from my account got deducted but the ticket was not booked, so i request you to look into the matter and find a resolution.
