Hi support team, I have booked the ticket from cstm to nanded dated 4th sept 2019, nandigram express. Train got cancelled i filled tdr on 5th september. Tdr registered and approved but status showing as refund approved by officer, payment under process since oct but the amount was not refunded yet. I am not sure what else i might be missing to get amount refunded. Please let me know what i can do further or else you can drop a mail to zaki.
