[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — ticket against pnr number: [protected] has been canceled but refunded amount is still not back in my account

My rac ticket against pnr number: [protected] has been canceled successfully as per my request on[protected]. Even i got regarding ticket cancellation from [protected]@irctc.co.in.
Still, the refunded amount of rs. 1235 does not come back in my account.

Hi,
I am Divya Bharathi. I have a problem that while creating irctc account I have entered a wrong email I'd. After creating the account my email is not get verified so that I am unable to proceed further. So kindly request you to give me a solution regarding this.

We hope Irctc will take initiative to resolve issue immediately, as it is questioning on credibility of irctc that we have cancilation the ticket on 7th June 2019 and refundable amount not credited yet.
