Dear sir
I did not receive money in my account even after 3 weeks of ticket cancellation. I paid money through google tez but their is no refund so far. Pls do the needful.

I got following mail from your side on 7th may 2018:
We wish to inform you that, with reference to refund against pnr number [protected] /irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 1825.0 has been processed as per below details:
Date of cancellation of e-ticket/date of failure of e-ticket booking:05-may-2018
Refund processing date:07-may-2018
Refund amount:1825.0
Refund reference no:rfnd_a8afc3pcgezfxi
Payment option used : google tez

Above mail contains all ticket information. But there is no refund.
