the above ticket was cancelled on the same day and i was supposed to get a refund of rs 640 which has not been credited in my bank even after 10 days. kindly refund the money immediately to my bank moreover if i check the status of refund it says refunded to paytmag whereas i had made the payment through net banking please sort the matter out .
