I have cancelled my journey tickets on 08/02/2017 vide pnr no. [protected] and transaction id [protected] but unfortunate to mail to your good office till date i have not get back my refunded amount to my concerned a/c.

I was booking tickets but transaction not happened. But amount deducted from my bank. Still refund of rs 940 not credited in my account. More than 5 days has been lapsed

train number :22602 and i had ordered food at the station daund jn. I was waiting for the food at daund station but i did not receive the food then i called the hotel and told the issue they told that their hotel was closed. So i want the refund.
