Dear sir / mam, I am trying to book tatkal tickets from my personal irctc id, but error is coming which says "you are permitted only 2 transactions between 10 am to 12 am per ip address/user id" Surprisingly the error statement is completely wrong as i have not booked 2 tickets between 10 to 12 even not within a week. This is sahev kanojiya I am traveling ltt to mau in kashi exp train but it is very bad experience to travel bathroom and fan is not working I am in s2 coach date 15/10/17
