Sir, I tried to book two times railway reservation tickets through irctc online E-ticketing facility on 26th november 2019, during the booking process my transactions could not succeed due to choice of at least one lower berth not met and reservations were not done, but the amount of rs.669.17ps was deducted two times during my two reservations process from my bank account totalling to rs.1338.34ps. I request you to kindly look in to the issue and debit back my amount to my account. User name of irctc - bns1008.
