I booked train ticker in irctc via mobikwik payment gateway. That ticket was cancelled and my refund process was done by irctc but that amount was not credit to my bank account. Please do need full. However, the transaction status shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used my online sbi to pay and the amount was debited from my account.
