I informed you that i have booked tickets in train no. 28182 four berth 3a having pnr no. [protected] with confirmed but on the day of travelling ticket was shifted to sleeper without prior information and i have faced huge difficulties along with my three daughters and after tdr filled for cancellation and refund of my amount they cancelled my tdr no. [protected] and not refunded my money. So look in the matter and do needful
