On 20th Jul 2018 I was trying to book two tickets from chennai egmore to mayiladuthurai. After the details were filled and amount was debited from account I did not get ticket confirmation and refund also did not come.

While registering I have entered the wrong email ID. Wrong email id I have entered is- [protected]@gmail.com.but my correct Id is [protected]@gmail.com.
So kindly help
