[Resolved] Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — transaction failed | |||
I was booking ticket on irctc on 24 dec 2018, i selected payment gateway to paytm but transaction failed and amount from my was debited as ticket not booked. When i have complained to irctc they said "we do not have received any amount". When i have check my account statement the debited amount is towards one97communications. After five days waiting i have not received the debited amount. So what ever the reason for delay in refund, please look at this matter and refund the amount.
