Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Unethical behaviour

I had a RAC ticket from BBS to SBC.

1) Instead of 2 people per seat, the TT made 4 people to sit in each seat. Among whom 2 were ticketless/waitlisted travellers. On complaining about the matter, the TT said that there are no seats available so we have to adjust.

2)After that some people got down and the seats were available but still then instead of allocating the unoccupied vacant seats to the RAC people. They allocated the seats to the ticketless/waitlisted travellers who paid them extra.
Upon being asked about that, they said they will give seats only at night and left.

This kind of behaviour is not at all acceptable.

1) Instead of 2 people per seat, the TT made 4 people to sit in each seat. Among whom 2 were ticketless/waitlisted travellers. On complaining about the matter, the TT said that there are no seats available so we have to adjust.

2)After that some people got down and the seats were available but still then instead of allocating the unoccupied vacant seats to the RAC people. They allocated the seats to 8-10 ticketless/waitlisted travellers who paid them extra.
Upon being asked about that, they said they will give seats only at night and left.

This kind of behaviour is not at all acceptable. Please take swift action.
