Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Urgent regarding air, ticket, booking of may 2017 departure time 8.55 am. | |||||
Sir, 1. The undersigned have booked Air India Ticket of dated 28 MAY 2017 from Lucknow to Delhi and then Jaipur sector. 2. The amount has been deducted from the account and not got the ticket on Mail. 3. Got the Message while booking "We are processing your ticket. Your Transaction Id is:[protected], Please contact immediately to IRCTC Dear Customer, do not attempt duplicate booking for the same sector, Firstly get your current booking status clarified from IRCTC Customer care" 4. Also Contacted available customer care number "[protected]" but not picked up. 5. Then again contacted other available customer care of IRCTC, but they provided the same number and told that no other number is available and seems Helpless. Kindly resolve the matter at utmost priority as the journey date is 28 May 2017 (8.55 am Departure time from Lucknow) 6.Please suggest my either I have to go to Airport or NOT on mobile: [protected] within 2-4 hours, so that I can plan accordingly.
