[Resolved]  Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Uts IR unreserved ticketing

Hello on 18aug 2022, I tried to recharge my R wallet on Uts app with mobile number [protected] for rs 500. Money got deducted from my kotak Mahindra bank account but did not get credited to my uts R wallet.
Transaction history status shows recharge
initiated while money got debited from My kotak Mahindra bank account. Please
either credit my Wallet on UTS id [protected]
or initiate refund in my bank account for Rs. 500. Please find attached screenshot for UTS transaction status and Bank sms.
Please refund the money asap to bank account
or in my RWallet.
