Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — uts payment gateway bug

I tried to renew my season ticket. While doing so, i chose payment gateway to pay the amount of ₹353.22. After i completed successful transaction, money got deducted from my account but still my season ticket didn't renew. Please help on this matter.
I have attached screenshots of the transaction and the reference number as well. The time of transaction is thu 10 october 1:40am.
