I pintu Shaw, booked season ticket from Diamond harbour to Dum Dum cantonment on 31/08/19 at 12:45 pm through UTS app valid 31/08/19 to 30/09/19, booking ID -502, Order ID - [protected]. MY MOBILE NO - [protected]. I went to sealdah for take ticket print out from atvp/kiosk machine but ticket print out not come out or other kiosk machine shows you are already take print out. I was contact with central booking they checked the machine entry but there was no entry in machine. They told me to complain to helpline they will solve ur problem.
