Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — waiting list ticket was not cancelled even after chart preparation

My self dharma kumar done booking of ticket containing pnr [protected] from pune to slo for 29 the september. On 28 the september night after chart preparation my final status was wl/13 and the ticket was not cancelled. According to irctc if the ticket was in waiting list after chart preparation it means the ticket will be cancelled automatically but my ticket was not cancelled and i did not get any refund. So kindly look into this matter and please give my refund against ticket
